At Luzarrow Rodeo Productions, we didn’t start the Say When Tournament of Champions just to put on another rodeo. We started it because we believe rodeo deserves a stage where every cowboy and cowgirl — from youth to seasoned hands — has a fair shot to shine.
This series is about more than arena dirt and buckles. It’s about community, tradition, and carrying on the Western way of life. It’s about building a place where families come together, athletes push themselves, and memories are made that last long after the lights go out.
That’s why we do it. That’s why we’ll keep doing it. And we’d love for you to be a part of it — whether you’re entered up, cheering from the stands, or backing the folks who make it possible.

Open to Youth and Adults in Age Brackets:
12 and under, 13-17, 18+
Events are:
Team Roping, Tie-Down Roping, Breakaway Roping, Goat Tying, Barrels and Poles
Tournament Rodeo Format:
Qualifiers (2) to be held August 9th and August 30th. TOP 20 CONTESTANTS TO SEMI-FINALS
We will open entries for up to 30 contestants/teams for each event/division. At each qualifier, the top 10 finishers will clinch a spot to the semi-finals. Non-qualifying contestants/teams at the first qualifier will be granted priority registration to the subsequent qualifier. To retain this priority status, contestants must submit their entry within 48 hours following the conclusion of the prior event.
Payouts: 35% pay out at each qualifier with 25% held for finals
Semi-Finals to be held September 6th TOP 10 CONTESTANTS MOVE ON TO THE FINALS
Payouts: 60% pay out at semi-finals.
Finals to be held September 14th BIG MONEY!
Payouts: 60% pay out PLUS monies held from qualifiers.

Added money from sponsors may also be available and will be advertised as they are acquired.
Entry Fees:
Team Roping $100/team entry + $16 stock fee + $20 admin fee
Tie Down $50 entry + $20 stock fee + $10 admin fee
Breakaway $50 entry + $20 stock fee + $10 admin fee
Goat Tying $50 entry + $8 stock fee + $10 admin fee
Barrels $50 entry + $10 admin fee
Poles $50 entry + $10 admin fee
