At Luzarrow Rodeo Productions, we didn’t start the Say When Tournament of Champions just to put on another rodeo. We started it because we believe rodeo deserves a stage where every cowboy and cowgirl — from youth to seasoned hands — has a fair shot to shine.
This series is about more than arena dirt and buckles. It’s about community, tradition, and carrying on the Western way of life. It’s about building a place where families come together, athletes push themselves, and memories are made that last long after the lights go out.
That’s why we do it. That’s why we’ll keep doing it. And we’d love for you to be a part of it — whether you’re entered up, cheering from the stands, or backing the folks who make it possible.
This year, we have teamed up with the NBRA to bring outstanding opportunities for breakaway roping for ALL levels of roper.

This year, we bring you a brand NEW FORMAT with reduced fees, but still the same great payouts!
We want to focus on bringing in the amateur All-Around athletes who compete on a single horse.

All-Around Series Prize Qualifications:
You must ride the same horse throughout the series of 4 rodeos and compete in 2 of 4 rodeos to qualify. Most points from all 4 rodeos will determine all-around placings.
You must compete in ALL 3 classes. Breakaway, Barrels, and Poles.
Breakaway event offers varying levels of roping, from ground dummy (6U & 8U only) to moving sled and live cattle to all other age levels.
Entry Fees:
Breakaway-Ground Dummy (6U & 8U) $20, Sled Dummy $30, #2 & #3 ropings $125, #4 roping $150
Barrels -6U & 8U $20, 12U $30, 13-18 $40, 19 & Over $50. Paying up to 3D with enough entries.
Poles -6U & 8u $20, 12U $30, 13-18 $35, 19 & Over $35. Paying up to 3D with enough entries.
