"Say When" Rodeo Series 2025

A unique, tournament-style amateur rodeo series designed to spotlight emerging talent and build community through high-stakes, bracketed competition. This hybrid format combines traditional rodeo grit with the structure of a competitive sports league, creating a thrilling journey from qualifiers to a championship showdown.

Open to Youth and Adults in Age Brackets:

12 and under

13-17

18+

The events being offered will be:

Team Roping #7

Tie Down Roping

Breakaway Roping

Goat Tying

Barrels

Pole Bending

Roping events will be capped at #4 on both ends and Global Handicap numbers will be required.

Tournament Rodeo Format:

Qualifiers (2) to be held August 9th and August 30th. TOP 20 CONTESTANTS TO SEMI-FINALS

We will open entries for up to 30 contestants/teams for each event/division. At each qualifier, the top 10 finishers will clinch a spot to the semi-finals. Non-qualifying contestants/teams at the first qualifier will be granted priority registration to the subsequent qualifier. To retain this priority status, contestants must submit their entry within 48 hours following the conclusion of the prior event.

Payouts: 35% pay out at each qualifier with 25% held for finals

Semi-Finals to be held September 6th TOP 10 CONTESTANTS MOVE ON TO THE FINALS

Payouts: 50% pay out at semi-finals with 10% held for finals

Finals to be held September 14th BIG MONEY!

Payouts: 60% pay out PLUS monies held from qualifiers and semi finals

Trophy Buckles to High Money Winners in each event/division

Added money from sponsors may also be available and will be advertised as they are acquired.

Entry Fees:

Team Roping $100/team entry + $16 stock fee + $20 admin fee

Tie Down $50 entry + $20 stock fee + $10 admin fee

Breakaway $50 entry + $20 stock fee + $10 admin fee

Goat Tying $50 entry + $8 stock fee + $10 admin fee
